Jef & Aya Linscott
Jef: I came to Japan from NZ with YWAM in 1992.
Aya: I was born in Japan! I met Jesus in Australia in 1992, and came back to Japan.
We met and married in 1996, have three boys, Jacob, Luke and Tobias – and have lived and planted our church in Nishinomiya, between Osaka & Kobe since we were sent out by Jesus Family Osaka Church straight after the Hanshin Great Earthquake.
Since 2005, we have been pioneering new ways and new wineskins to see a whole nation reached and discipled. These include simple church, discipleship & mentoring, passionate worship, healing and deliverance in the power of the Holy Spirit.
Since 2006 we have run Onfire Japan, an online and print media ministry. We are so blessed to see thousands of Japanese believers impacted through the simple resources we have made – even from teaching or resources we created years ago. One of our favourite ministries is our daily “Awaken the Dawn” worship and prayer time, (7am daily on Youtube live & Facebook live – mostly Japanese but some English!) which has been going since January 2021.
We love our deep connection with many brothers and sisters in Christ, throughout Japan, and are looking forward to travelling far and wide, throughout Japan, for discipleship & mentoring training in 2025 and beyond.
ジェフは、1992年にニュージーランドからYWAM（ユース・ウィズ・ア・ミッション）の宣教師として来日しました。 綾は日本生まれ、神戸で育ちました。1992年に留学先オーストラリアでイエスと出会い、その後日本に帰国してすぐジェフと出会いました。1996年に結婚し、ジェイコブ、ルーク、トビーの三人の息子に恵まれました。結婚当時、阪神大震災直後から、自宅のあった兵庫県西宮市にて、開拓教会として、ジーザス・ファミリー大阪教会より遣わされました。
2005年から、教会としての新しい革袋を模索、探求し、日本全体が弟子化されることを目指しています。日々、トレーニンングや実践、教えを通して、シンプルチャーチ、弟子訓練とメンタリング、情熱的な礼拝、聖霊の力による癒しと解放などの働きに勤しんでいます。
2006年、私たちはオンラインおよび出版を含むメディアミニストリーであるOnfire Japanを立ち上げました。私たちが作成したシンプルなリソースを通じて、数千人の日本人クリスチャンに影響が及び、沢山の証の声を聞き、本当に祝福されています。特に人気のミニストリーの一つは、「暁を呼び覚ませ」という毎日の礼拝と祈りの時間（毎朝7時から1時間、YouTubeとFacebookで生配信）で、2021年1月1日より、1日も欠かすことなく続けられています！
私たちは日本全土（また海外に住む日本人）の多くのキリストにある兄弟姉妹と深い繋がりを持っており、2025年以降、弟子訓練とメンタリング、また関係作りのために、今まで以上に様々な場所に出掛けていき、多くの皆さんとお会いし、豊かな人生を共有することを楽しみにしています。
